What is laser physiotherapy
Laser Physiotherapy (also known as Low-Level Laser Therapy, LLLT or Photobiom odulation Therapy, PBMT) is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-intensity laser or light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to stimulate tissue repair, reduce pain, and decrease inflammation. Unlike surgical lasers that cut or burn tissue, therapeutic lasers work at lower energy levels to promote healing at a cellular level.
Studies have shown that to improve clinical markers and contribute to the reduction of inflammatory markers in the blood.
Application of laser physiotherapy
Laser therapy is the non-invasive use of laser energy to generate a photochemical response in damaged or dysfunctional tissue. Laser therapy can alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and accelerate recovery from a wide range of clinical conditions. Cleared by the FDA in 2003, Class lV laser therapy has become the standard of care for many musculoskeletal injuries.
When a laser beam hits the surface of the skin, photons (the elementary particles of light energy) are absorbed by pigments (such as cytochrome C oxidase) and other molecules in the tissue. These pigments are located in the mitochondria and are part of the cellular respiratory chain.
The absorbed photon energy is converted into chemical energy, which can activate biochemical reactions within the cell, especially to increase the production efficiency of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is the main source of energy for cellular activity
As ATP production increases, cells gain more energy to carry out various physiological processes, including DNA and RNA synthesis, protein synthesis, cell membrane stability, and ion pump activity. This helps cells repair damage faster and perform their functions more efficiently
We have 650nm,810nm,915nm, 980nm and 1064nm wawelengths to choose from
The 650 diode laser:The 650nm wavelength is completely absorbed by themelsnin in the skin thus ensuring that the energy is conceritrated in the most super ficial layer of tissue Because light both inhibitsbacteria and promotes celgrowth laser therapy is incredibly effective in wound healing and scar tissue requlation
The 810 diode laser:Cytochrome C oxidase is better absorbed at 810nm: one molecule of ATP is produced for each complete oxygen reduction cycle.and thus can enhance DNA transcription accelerate the production of ATP, reduce inflammation and relieve pain, and is aqood wavelength for physical therapy
The 915 diode laser:The absorption peak of hemoglobinis located at 915nm, when this light is absorbed. theoxygen-camying capacity of the blood is enhanced. The faster oxygen is released into the blood, the more fuel cells need for theirnatural healing process.Angiogenesis is accelerated, microcirculation ispromoted, and can guickly repair
The 980 diode laser:The 980nm wavelength is able to absorb most of the waterin our body and convert most of the energy delivered by the therapy into heat. Thus, deep tissue lavers are iransformed into localized hotspots, generating temperature qradients at the cellular level. They also promote local microcirculationand accelerate metabolism due to the increased oxygen supply to the cells
The 1064 diode laser:The 1064nm laser has a high ability to penetrate deep intomuscles, bones, and other deep tissues, which is especially useful for treating deeptissue damage or inflammation, and this wavelength of laser can stimulate cellactivity and promote the repair and regeneration of damaged tissues. lt helps speedup the wound healing process, reduces inflammation, and can relieve pain

Clinical application of veterinary laser Therapy
Laser physiotherapy (photobiomodulation, PBM) can promote tissue repair, reduce pain and inflammation, and improve overall health by stimulating cellular activity. Here are some of the main applications of lasers in animal physiotherapy
- Arrhritis
- Acute or chronic otitis (Ear problems)
- Back Pain (Intervertebral Disc Disease)
- Anal Gland inflammation
- Trauma (Skin, Muscle, Bone)
- Hot Spots
- Wounds (Trauma)
- Lick Granulomas
- Surgery (Incisions, Growth Removals, Bone Surgery)
- Idiopathic Cystitis – (Bladder Inflammation)

- Easy to combine with other treatments
About Laser physiotherapy:
1.safe, non-invasive physiotherapy treatment for pain management, sports injuries, chronic wounds and nerve repair.
2.980nm wavelength is the most clinically evidenced option currently available, although wavelength and dosage adjustments are required for different conditions. When used correctly, it has minimal side effects and is suitable for long-term rehabilitation management
